This was without a doubt my little one's favorite Christmas present and she's had several MUCH more expensive ones! She squeaked when she opened the package and two months later she still plays with it a lot. She uses them to pretend to cook, stuff her toy trains with them, and hide things in them. Literally hours of fun every day. The pompoms themselves come in different sizes and are quite soft. They dry well when wet and while the shiny ones can fall off a little, it wasn't a huge problem. And they're cheap and so numerous I don't even notice all of them, which I'm sure are behind the furniture.
