Review on Rand Group Implementation Services by Jon Garcia

I like their quick turn around time for projects within my organization! They are excellent to work with in most cases (some clients have been difficult). Sometimes they can be too focused/concerned about collecting data from users rather than solving problems or working together towards shared goals - which isn't always necessary when you're using consultants instead of internal employees. We've had some great successes at this point but there's still more room for improvement overall across our project portfolio so far.
