I like to take pictures with this background. Installs very quickly and always fits in a nice little package. If we complain about anything, it's that the (horizontal) support arm sags under the weight of the backdrop when you use all the full-length extensions. I would estimate about 2-3 inches of sag from the ends of the brace to the middle. If I'm shooting against a solid color background, it doesn't matter. But when I'm shooting against a straight-line background, such as B. a brick wall, it is obvious that it is the background. My solution was to remove a strut with only 3 of the 4 pivots, providing more stiffness and less flex. Also still gives me enough coverage for most full-length portraits.
