Weak point, 3M adhesive pad, detached from my phone case after two weeks of heavy use on the road bike after throwing the phone away. The tape sticks the phone case to a metal plate attached to a strong magnet. My rides average 35 miles on hilly country roads. The metal plate stayed firmly attached to the bar magnet... but without my phone. During a rapid descent over uneven pavement, my phone vibrated angrily with a metal magnet, distracting my efforts for fear it would come loose. There were no vibrations on a slippery road surface and at lower speeds. I followed the installation instructions to the last detail, including a properly specified phone case and a long drying time of 24 hours to allow the sticky pad to dry. I could spend a lot of time removing the adhesive from the metal plate and sticking it on my phone case, but forget it! I just reordered another product. I suspect the phone case has been twisted off the magnet a couple of times and road vibrations may have loosened or worn down the adhesive pad. Unfortunately, assuming everything was ok, I threw away the packaging after a few days, so I cannot return this expensive item. LOSS OF MONEY FOR ME! UPDATE 9/18/2021: Purchased a QUAD LOCK mount instead of this product. Much, much better! Absolutely safe and vibration-free. A key difference is that it requires the purchase of a Quad Lock phone case in addition to the mount. But that's a good thing, too, because it doesn't need flimsy, potentially degrading tape between the phone case and the metal plate.
