UPDATE: The seller was kind enough to send me another set of brooms which I am about to open. Due to depression it takes me some time to do housework but in the end it gets done. The broom is still too short, soft and narrow for my taste. It's used until it falls apart, which it will because it's light and the bristles are thin. The plugs keep coming loose so I have to tighten them when sweeping. Better than a dollar store broom, but could be better. The broom is very light. The bristles are thin, the broom narrow. You have to sweep twice and do twice as much work. With a broom or a shovel there is no crossbar, because with the nails both are at the same level. That's why I didn't want to return it because the stubble from bought brooms are everywhere and hurt my back. I don't like bending down to sweep either. Maybe I should buy a robot vacuum because that dustpan is short. I had to take a rag and put it on the broom to take the pressure off my back. My apartment is swept and cleaned a lot. I think that's because this place is really old and hasn't been renovated for efficiency. With that in mind, I don't recommend wasting your time or money because my broom will be big and my dustpan will be short. I have a 5'4 by the way.
