Small, light and extremely compact PC. Fast and works well for the basics.

This GMK Intel Core i5-8259U 2.3GHz Mini PC with 8GB DDR4 RAM is good enough for most basic office tasks. I was able to set it up pretty quickly on my monitor and just add a keyboard. I made money fairly quickly with no issues or freezes. I love how small and surprisingly light it is and am currently using it as I write this review. Its compact size means I can place it almost anywhere on my desk (or hide it on a shelf or in a desk drawer) and it takes up very little space. I haven't considered adding small brackets to the back of the monitor to keep it out of the way, but I'll likely be buying one for this in the near future - it's the perfect candidate. First, I often travel to places that already have a monitor, keyboard, etc., and it's easy to plug them in and use them anywhere (assuming I have access to those things). It's definitely better than lugging around a laptop when I might not need it and the hard drive is big enough to hold my most important stuff. It's also small enough that I can literally slip it in my purse when needed (although I want to make sure it's protected when I'm using it for basic office tasks, browsing, streaming, etc. (not serious gaming) - though it's fast enough for SOME of the little ones), this little guy is pretty fast and I have no complaints about the speed. However, compared to other brands with roughly the same specifications and dimensions, the current price is a bit high for what it is. Prices do vary, however, so make sure you do some decent comparisons with similar items to ensure it's the best value for your money. Easy to set up and use, and I especially appreciate freeing up space on my desk (I honestly can't hear it) and I love that there's also a spot where you can use an SD card for extra storage . It certainly makes things a bit more organized and m minimalist If you don't need a lot of extras and don't have a lot of space on or around your desk, portability is a big plus, especially for me. Thought it would be heavier although strong enough for what it is. I'll update this review if I have any issues with it, but so far I'm very happy with it. Two thumbs up from me for that!
