I appreciated how easy this software allows us so much control over our day -to-day running tours operation as well being able too utilize it via mobile applications allowing me more productivity during client meetings or presentations etc! There are many things that could be improved but overall we love using Topax management!! 1) Improved reporting2.) More detailed booking information3). Enhanced online reservations4.). We now have an integrated inventory database which keeps track at every moment about each items available/used throughout any given date (such as number used per stop5)). The most useful feature is the "hotel manager" it allows us to manage our hotels in a more efficient way. The interface is also very user-friendly and intuitive. The software is very expensive. The customer support, on the other hand, is not always the best. There are some features that are not user-friendly and need to be improved. We are solving the problems of managing our hotels in a more efficient way. The software allows us to manage our hotels in a more efficient way.
