Review on 🧹 Shop Solimo Dry Floor Mop Pads - Pack of 2 (18 Count) on Amazon Brand by Chris Young

Revainrating 3 out of 5

You need too many wipes to clean the rooms to be economical.

Pads are as easy to use as regular Swiffer mop pads. The price is right, but I've found that I need to use a lot more pads to keep my house clean than if I just bought quality mop heads or the Swiffer brand. I bought these Revain brand pads because I couldn't find the pads I usually use at Walmart or even online at Walmart and they were good in a pinch, but I won't be buying them again. They seem to absorb water quickly at first, but the underside of the pad is so soft it's not really great for cleaning, and it seems like water splashes back when you press the pad. They seem to suck up quite a bit of liquid right away, but I couldn't even wash a whole small room with one sponge, I had to switch twice to clean the kitchen, and my kitchen isn't big or rough. Once full, they simply squeeze out the rest of the liquid, leaving a trail of water everywhere. This is expected of any mopping pad because once it's full, it obviously can't take any more. The problem with this is that these pads fill up very quickly and don't really help you clean. Then, when they fill up, they contain no liquid at all. They start dripping everywhere. If you are only going to use these rugs for a small area like a bathroom or a small hallway, they are fine. But if you're trying to clean all the floors in your house, you'll probably use up most of the tissues in the box when you're done.

Pros
  • Textured absorbent layered dry detergent pad
Cons
  • Some bugs
