Not for high power strobe lights - heater.
Powerful flashes get hot very quickly (used a Broncolo 3200J at 1/8 power and it still got hot). You need an f1.4 lens to get results with the Godox AD200. As a result, I'd say it's useful for desktops, but not full-fledged studios.
