One day I came home in a mess. I did a second fermentation of kombucha. One of the bottles scattered all over the kitchen. The glass flew all the way to the far wall in my kitchen, 8 feet or so. I'm so glad I wasn't home when it happened. If I were in the kitchen, the noise would give me a heart attack or stab me. Now I spit every few hours. I don't want to clean up another mess like this. The only good thing is that they seal well. They are sealed. Without doubt.
