Very impressed with this product. YOU PAY MONEY FOR NAME BRANDS, FOR THIS PRODUCT YOU PAY FOR QUALITY. I've been training for over 3 years and have tried many pre-workouts. It's in my top 5 favorites to be honest. If we talk about the price? This is definitely the undisputed number 1. Excellent value for money. No mixes. Breaks down exactly what's in the soup and doesn't have a "muscle building mix" that doesn't list the actual ingredients. It is 5 times better than C4. PreJym is better, but it's literally $48.99 for 30 servings. This product is $20 off and worth every penny. Also, the powder fills to the brim, so be careful when opening and removing the scoop. Start with 1/2 and work your way up to 2 scoops. If you are a beginner, start with 1/2. Moderate coverage of a full bucket. Experience? 1 and 1/2 scoops. If you are a die-hard and/or pre-workout addict, take 2 scoops lol. great product If flavor is your thing, the watermelon version is pretty good. Leaves a slightly chalky aftertaste, but if you drink water afterwards you're fine. Who cares about the taste? We want results. This product gives you both, which is a huge plus.
