The ease of use, the customization options available, and the ability to create custom forms that can be used for any type of request or inquiry. It is also possible to integrate external applications such as Google Docs or Dropbox. The customer support is excellent and they have been very responsive whenever I've had questions or issues. I would like to see some more integrations with other providers (like Expedia) so we can pull in more data from our other systems. Our team has found this application to be extremely helpful when it comes to managing requests for rooms, flights, car rentals, etc. We've been able to streamline our processes and improve our internal communication which has helped us save time and money.
