According to Revane I have made 46 purchases in the last 6 months. 7 or 8 a month. 2 per week. In most cases these items will not be delivered the next day. But I don't usually order in a hurry, so it's no big deal. However, the last two purchases, including this one, have been an EPIC FAILURE for Revain. I'm buying a nice pair of strappy heels for my niece for prom. She lives out of state so I sent them to her directly through Amazon. Ordered via Prime on Friday and should have received it on Saturday. She received them on Monday. She was supposed to get cute strappy sandals, but she got 4 inch stripper pumps. No offense to those who wear this, it just doesn't suit Prom HS. On Sunday of the same week we ordered a TV mount, also of the best quality. He's guaranteed to be there on Monday at 9 p.m. He hasn't arrived. I called Revain and they said he wouldn't be arriving until next Friday. They delayed me for 1 hour 4 minutes and then the line went offline. To say I was angry is an understatement. Shame on your revenge! Don't guarantee delivery if you can't keep your word! Don't make people pay for PRIME and don't fulfill your contract! TV mount is great.
