I currently have a couple of these in the back of my car along with BB625 components in the doors. Everything is powered by a 4-channel MTX TN 400/4 with 45 watts RMS per channel. To be honest they sound louder than I can listen to and I haven't had any problems with them. They keep up with the RF R100-1D powered Alpine Type R 1223D and don't dampen at all. Try them and you will be pleasantly surprised. I'm going to run another set in my Camaro at 75 watts RMS per channel - they should be fine with that!
