Their online presence and physical storefronts give the sense that they value their customers' satisfaction, however my experiences with their customer service department were less than ideal. They didn't seem concerned with resolving my issues and provided me with few concrete suggestions. It's really bad, because I wanted to back a firm that puts the needs of its customers first, but I ended up feeling disappointed and unsatisfied by their work.
