We bought one of these to replace a wi-fi radio we had in one of our stores that we could only connect one station to. This little radio works very well! We keep the volume at the lowest level and never have to turn it up. Then when the radio in our other shop died, we decided to buy the same radio. The ONLY problem I had is for some reason there is a faint high pitched sound coming out of the subwoofer below when charging. If the song you're listening to is loud enough, you won't hear it. But it can be annoying and distracting when you hear it. In terms of performance, the processor is a bit slow; However, this is to be expected from a device running on the Android platform. Over the years I've found that Android systems aren't as fast as Apple systems. But regardless of the processing speed, this little radio does its job well. It's great to be able to use Pandora, Spotify, Sirius XM and more! The battery life leaves a lot to be desired, only about 4 hours of continuous use. . And since we have such a strange sound when we are connected, we have to get used to it. Overall I give this product 4 stars for ease of use, good volume and sound, and flexibility. that annoying loading noise.
