Blocks blue light
I mainly wanted to use this for myself when using my phone or computer. But since it was a pack of three I was able to let my oldest son try it out and use it while he uses his tablet and I found it really makes a difference in blue light. I'm hoping this will also help reduce headaches and eyestrain, but I appreciate it anyway.
