These blue light blocking glasses have been a game changer for my long hours in front of the computer. They effectively reduce eye strain and headaches caused by prolonged use. The simple design makes them appropriate for any gender and the light-weight frame is very comfortable. However, they can sometimes leave marks on the nose bridge after several hours of use.
