I exchanged two pairs of these - four in total... on half the ones I bought, the exchange ALSO didn't work and the exchange period had already expired. This is a quality control issue - half of the cables don't fit snugly in the vertical docking station. Slight movement on your desktop can cause a trip - you can check this by wiggling the cable slightly. As a result, you take out a charged phone after a few hours - or at night - and find that it's not charging. Now I have to try the ugly and stupidly unacceptable solution of gluing the connector in place. Unacceptable quality control/design for a well known brand like Anker.
