The most beneficial thing about this program is that it has made my life easier to manage all of our inventory processes. It's easy for me to access from anywhere at any time so I can monitor what's happening with our products. There are many features that need some more training or help learning how to use them properly. We have had issues when sending invoices through their system because we were unsure if they could understand what was being sent. Also sometimes there are errors where things don't show up until hours later. Our employees now know exactly what needs to be done to ensure the proper sales process takes place. This helps us avoid having to call customers out multiple times as well as reduce lost revenue due to shipping delays.
