I bought them to have extra molds for Easter. I always make the "HAPPY EASTER" jigger eggs in the picture but I only have 1 mold. They're a little big for a one-serving jiggler; I halved them to serve to the kids. However, they would probably be like 1 large scoop of jelly if you were serving a salad. I sprayed them lightly and was absolutely amazed at how they showed up! I've also used them to make giant ice cubes. You must have a bowl or cutting board underneath, otherwise you won't be able to move the mold if your contents are liquid. That's my only serious flaw. 1 6 ounce box of jelly yields 4 flowers. So 18 ounces will fill both molds.
