Fits true to size, but I have upsized for a more comfortable fit (to fit my mom's bump). I'm 5'4", 122 lbs and bought a size medium as I was planning on wearing it for casual wear rather than sport. Surprisingly it doesn't look bulky even though it's fleece lined. It is very stretchy so very easy to put on and take off.I will be using these leggings a lot when it gets colder soon.
