This is a great development board for any project that requires a display. No additional ports are required other than USB for power. It would be great to show the local weather, the time until the next bus or train, or the status of other smart home sensors. First, install ESP32 support in the Arduino IDE and download the ThingPulse/esp8266-oled-ssd1306 library from GitHub. It includes some examples to get you started (attached photos from this example code). I'm really excited to play more with this board.
