This product has holes and will become unusable after a short period of time. I bought one and used it for six months then it developed a hole and stopped holding air. I have another one and this one lasted even less time. The design has flaws because if you squeeze while holding the item between your thighs, it can't stand the pressure and soon starts to leak. This is a good idea as it packs up nicely and fits in your gym bag. But the seams are too cheap and thin and the air doesn't last long. save your money Get something different.
