The ability for our customers, who have used other services in their past experience with us (such as others), are able to rate or comment about them directly through clearlyrated website without having any additional costs associated! This has been very helpful since we don't want people thinking that they were not satisfied when it was really just an issue of timing/communication between both parties regarding what date should be chosen by which party? Great service overall - no complaints at this time!!
