Fantastic Hosting experience: Lightcrest

They offer great support, excellent communication is key to their success! It's hard for me personally as I am located in Europe but they are always very quick with responding any questions or issues that we might have (even if it happens at 2am). There was some downtime recently which caused us concern however after contacting them immediately all our concerns were addressed quickly by both technical staff & management team alike - no complaints from my end!! Their prices may be higher than others out there so you do need good hosting knowledge/experience before signing up here though :) Great service offered across multiple platforms including email / website etc., 24 hour customer care available via chat option too makes this platform even better. Our main focus now has been getting emails sent through lightest touch possible without breaking budget constraints of course:-).
