The neck massager is easy to charge, set up and use. It fits my neck, my husband's neck and my kids' necks, so it fits all neck sizes well. The heated option seems good and I think it will be great on winter nights. The remote control makes using the massager very easy and you can make changes without interrupting the massage. There are many adjustment options and they are all very nice and it really relaxes my neck. I just want to point out that this massager vibrates, there are no small moving balls to work with knots. Still an amazing feeling. It's also nice that it's cordless and very compact, making it easy to store. I'm thinking of long trips so my neck doesn't sweat. It's great, I can lie in bed at night, watch TV and enjoy a massage.
