I ordered this chair to replace one of those Office Depot special items that tend to last too long when they are no longer comfortable. I pointed out what I thought the problem was and asked for some details to fix the chair. Instead, they sent me a brand new chair a few days later, no questions asked. They also contacted me to ask if I was happy. Many companies could learn something about customer service from Nokaxus. In mass production, there are inevitably occasional defects or lemons. When a company responds so kindly, quickly, and with such obvious concern for its customers, it changes the world. I would highly recommend this chair and the company.
