Well, even if I buy the additional upgrades (real metal parts, not plastic parts) and wish it was a good choice, I feel sorry for the conscience buyer. Like most people I really dislike wasting money and time and this turned out to be both. Unfortunately, I bought two of these headaches, so I know my showerhead purchase wasn't just a million-dollar defective product. We installed one in the master bathroom and the other in the kids room. After about 5 weeks and after several reinstallations due to leaks (assuming you don't touch them or they don't fly out of the tub). holder due to water pressure you won't get a leak) both LEDs stopped working and when I even asked a mechanic to install one because I was pretty sure I was doing something wrong, it turned out that my installations took longer than his before another problem arose. I'm not sure if this product had that many positive reviews. Hope this helps someone else who might be on the fence to buy this.... I would rather spend more for a quality product that solves all the unnecessary shower problems caused by this purchase!
