It's easy for our organization to use with all employees having access via mobile device as well.

We can see what each person has been doing from day one! I wish there was an option that allowed you to change your password without logging out of the system so it would be easier when someone forgets their passwords. If they forget them we have no way of getting back into work until after hours are over which makes things difficult if not impossible during normal business hours. This software allows me to know where my team members were working last week (and who worked most) allowing faster problem solving since this information helps determine how many people need help fixing something versus just figuring it out ourselves.
