PERFECT if you can't use clamps or for people who can't drill holes in their desk. When I bought both monitors, I originally intended to leave them on the table. I've used curved screens and found that tilting creates a gap between both monitors. I chose this freestanding mount with a tempered glass base and am so glad I did. I haven't installed it for too long so I'll update the review if necessary, but I really don't think it will be necessary. This thing was set up in no time, much quicker than expected. Cable management clips - a godsend. Extremely easy to move and adjust. Honestly, it's amazing how well this works. I honestly didn't think it would support dual 24" Samsung curved monitors, but I swear dual 27" monitors would be just as safe. I even tried to give him a good slap like I accidentally stumbled on him (big clumsy dog owner test) and we're fine! The huge advantage was that I could keep it at the very edge of my desk, which opened up a lot more space for everything else. I got frustrated that I had to use a separate position and now I can't imagine not being able to move it if I wanted to! If you work from home or have multiple monitors I would definitely recommend this.
