This was a timely project for the installation on our 1.5 acre yard, but a requirement for our 6 month lab. Worked fine for 90 days and then the collar stopped working (did not vibrate/shake even when using the remote manually to check). Called customer service, ran the requested tests and they were sympathetic and sent a new collar free of charge to replace the one that just stopped working. Upon receipt we tested the collar with the remote control and it worked so we thought everything was fine. But then we got calls that our lab was scouring the neighborhood and found that the new collar was working but was now not communicating with the fence. Called support again and they asked us to inspect and try to locate any area along the 1.5 acre buried wire fence that might be at risk as they thought it should work. Our last fence lasted 15 years and now after spending so much time troubleshooting we have to walk our dog on a leash in our own backyard. I would NOT recommend this product.
