UPDATE! Purchased a replacement Ideal Pet Products valve, extra large size (NOT super large) and it fits PERFECTLY! SUPER happy I was able to use a replacement shock from another company! Very easy installation, even in a metal door. Hubs did a fantastic job. Very easy to keep clean (obviously not in this photo). There were no problems with the magnetic stripe. Bought in April last year. That went on for about a year and a half. It only recently started to fall apart. tear above. There is only a small section in the middle that is actually still connected. I am extremely disappointed. If it's for a dog that only needs to use it occasionally, or maybe even a small dog that doesn't get hit every time it's used, it might be fine. I have a very large, VERY energetic dog who flies outside literally a hundred times a day. Maybe I just needed something more permanent for us.
