Nice monitor: my review

With everyone now working from home, ordering a monitor was a little frustrating - I've had options all along that sold out before I could complete the ordering process while stock was low. I added this monitor to my list early on but kept trying to find a 'deal' with some of the lower end monitors and when I finally gave it up I went ahead and ordered the one that really caught my eye fell - this one. the highest quality monitor - both images and textures - I have ever had. I was a little worried it wouldn't look as good next to my Macbook Pro with Retina display, but it turns out it looks at least as good, if not better, at this resolution (24-inch, 2560 x 1440). Actually I was very surprised. I use this with HDMI on my Macbook and with USB-C on my Chromebook, I connect it alternatively (I'm just replacing a Mac on a stand). Takes the Chromebook to a whole new level of usability. If you have a place to connect a computer with HDMI and USB-C SIMULTANEOUSLY, you CAN with it - you just switch inputs (quickly done with a button on the monitor). I haven't messed with this feature, but it also does multiple logins and desktops on the same screen in different block combinations. You can also link them together. If I ever have another computer (and workstation) to daisy chain another of, I'll buy a second one. It comes with all the cables you need to connect for HDMI, USB-C or connect to a second of these monitors. . My only complaint was the way the HDMI cable was packaged - it was too twisted in the packaging and had to be replaced within a few weeks. Not too much of a problem as I already had a spare cable, but it would have been nice if they had been more careful with the cables to not pack them so tightly. However, docking this great monitor anywhere wasn't much of a problem for me. Comes with many settings to customize the screen to your liking, including quick presets that you can easily switch to if you have a preference for how your games, movies, graphics, etc. look. It also has a blue light filter mode for easier nighttime viewing (and it can be combined with your computer's blue light filter modes for added warmth). All in all a great monitor. I was happy enough with it to write a review (which I don't usually spend time on).
