I'm seeing a few reviews from people who can't get USB-C daisy chaining to work. It works for me. I have a 15" SurfaceBook2 and a couple of these 27" monitors. We call them MonitorA and MonitorB. I can control both monitors as well as my laptop screen, charge my laptop and use USB devices connected to the back of the monitor via a single USB-C cable connected to my laptop. Here's how: Connect the included DisplayPort cable from Monitor A's DPOut port to Monitor B's DPIn port. Set the Source on Monitor A to *USB-C* In the Monitor menu, set Monitor A to DP -Out to "USB Type-C". :MST" Set the source on MonitorB to *DisplayPort*. Connect the USB-C cable from MonitorA to the laptop. That's all. Do the rest from Windows. It works for me on another laptop too which only has a DisplayPort output (no USB-C) For this to work, keep the cables the same between the monitors Set the source on monitor A to *DisplayPort* In In the monitor menu, set monitor A to DP -Out to "DisplayPort:MST". Set the source on monitor B to *DisplayPort*. Connect the DisplayPort cable from monitor A to the laptop. That's all. The rest is done via Windows. A couple of additional points : I needed a longer cable than the one that came with the screens and while the supplied Samsung USB-C was fine, for the longer cable I originally bought Anker I urge this cable to do a lot of things and I had problems with MonitorB, i as not connecting, or with bad loading or random oddities that were quite annoying. I ended up buying one of these, a bit more expensive but not a problem since: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KXK34ZZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 it really weighs me down SurfaceBook2 90% of the Time when I'm doing CPU intensive tasks, I notice that the battery is still charging, but the percentage goes down. I suspect this will also happen while playing (which I don't). As I said, this only happens occasionally and I use this setup all day, every day. In short, the monitor doesn't deliver enough power to run the SurfaceBook2 at full capacity. If this keeps happening, I just plug in the Surface charger and carry on. As for monitors, I like them. I can raise/lower/rotate, cable connections are easy and the picture is great for everyday/professional use.
