Bought this body pillowcase 2 months ago and it's already torn. Lightning seems cheap, not durable. The fabric is already disintegrating and a hole is beginning to form. Incredible =(UPDATE: I emailed Coop Home Goods at customerservice@coophomegoods.com and a few hours later they replied with an apology and told me they had sent me a new case. I originally had a one- Star rating submitted but changed it to three stars because their customer service was so quick to respond Now as for the quality of the product we will take a look The pillowcase comes with a 15 year guarantee That's why it is important to keep the packaging and proof of purchase.When I emailed Coop Home Goods I provided several photos which were imported into a single PDF and a second PDF with the Revain invoice receipt.Also I gave my full name , my home address and phone number. It all went very smoothly so they were able to process the replacement immediately. The steps I outlined un d i think you will be satisfied ny result. My Final Thoughts: I give Coop Home Goods 5 stars for their customer service and support for their products. I would give the product itself 1 star simply because it shouldn't fall apart anytime soon and I think they can and should consider redesigning their case to be much more durable. It's a nice and comfortable case, but the quality of the materials and workmanship could be greatly improved. If they improved these points and increased the price I would definitely buy it because it is a product that will last and I will have great confidence in its durability.
