I rate this product 3 out of 5 stars. Why? Firstly, this key is good for its portability. I mainly use this product as a second computer at my girlfriend's house. All I needed was a decent PC monitor, an HDMI cable, a wireless mouse and keyboard, and I had a computer. I use this dongle with my Samsung Galaxy S9 which supports Samsung Dex. When using Samsung Dex, the key can be used for about an hour. When the dongle warms up, the dongle and HDMI will start using the monitor connection. If the connection is lost I have to detach my Samsung Galaxy S9 from the key and reinsure the key with the phone to support Dex. The key is great however due to connection issues from time to time. I cannot give this product 4 or 5 stars. Again, you get what you pay for. This one isn't bad, but it's not outstanding either. It's just an average device.
