I've never tried an electric foot file before, so after some research I settled on this product. I liked the fact that it's portable and that the polishing surface is metal - I've used a lot of coarse files and no matter how much you pay for them, they wear out pretty quickly. I was really excited when the package arrived so I tried it right away and so far my only regret is that I didn't buy it a long time ago. First of all, it looks very nice, just like the pictures, and it is very comfortable to hold. There were batteries in the box which was a pleasant surprise for me as most electronics I've bought before say "batteries not included" and I've always had to buy them separately. The batteries came in really handy as I didn't have any and it saved me a trip to the store. In short, I am very satisfied with the functioning of this electric file. Although I've never had another product to compare it to, I loved the process, loved the feel, it was fast compared to how long it lasted and it was very gentle on my skin. I also think it has made my feet a lot softer than after using hand files for the feet. I would recommend this product to everyone!
