Review on 🎨 Winsor & Newton Cotman Watercolor Studio Set: 45 Half Pans for Creative Excellence by Lori Aguirre

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The colors are very well pigmented and don't fade too much when drying

UPDATE: I've had this set for over a year now and it never fails to amaze me. This is my favorite set. Tubes of Cotman's watercolors are only $4 at my local art store, and I've already filled a few. I can't rave about it enough. They're the closest thing to professional watercolors without spending a fortune, and they're fast enough to create professional-looking, long-lasting works of art. For the price, this set is worth every penny. The colors are very well pigmented and do not fade when drying. There's room for your own brush and one of the blending areas is detachable so you can easily rinse it out. What I like most about this set is that it includes all the colors of the Cotman line. Individual pot halves are just over $2 at Jerry's, or you can buy a giant 8-ounce tube for about $5.50 to fill each pot multiple times. The most commonly used colors such as Burnt Siena, Ultramarine Blue and Alizarin Crimson are duplicates. I find it profitable to buy because these colors run out the fastest. I will keep adding colors to this set until I'm ready for professional coloring, although they are already amazing.
