First of all, this company has AWESOME customer service and that's why I always buy their products ahead of other brands. I also have an induction cooktop from them and their products are always of the highest quality, great price and again great and responsive customer service. So DVD player. That's great. It is very easy to install and of high quality. The price is great and it comes with a good remote control. There are two things to note. Remote control batteries are not included (manufacturer may want to add them as it's a bit cumbersome to ship remote control batteries if you want to play DVDs right away). However, batteries are not the deciding factor as most people have them on hand, as do we. Another point is that my husband initially thought that the instructions and packaging of the device were not in English (until I told him to turn the box over). . lol! Oops! Lol), but everything is written in English so don't worry. Also, the opening screen on the TV looked a little pixelated so we were concerned the DVD might be blurry, but no, a CRYSTAL CLEAR film with a great look. All in all, another great product from Sandoo!
