Assuming propellers interfere with the motor

First, the motor is twice the size of the original motor. did well. Then, after all this work, use the bolts, as the ones from the old motor are two small ones, they are long enough to block the motor when tightened. Well, shoot. So I loosen them and the motor spins, but now with a howling sound (I tested the motor before and it was very quiet). I had to cut two threads on the bolts to screw the motor to the bracket without binding the motor, but now it makes a nice annoying howl. I can't believe I'm the only one reporting the issue. with screws. Needless to say I'm not happy at all.

Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model
