Got this for my son after I bought another $60 PS controller after breaking a basket full of broken controllers one day. My son said he could try to fix them if he had the right tools. I gave him the tools because I never want to buy a controller again that only lasts 6-12 months. He was able to fix 2 out of 3 broken controllers. He watched YouTube videos on how to fix them and he did. The screws he couldn't fasten were too soft and ripped him off too easily before he could get them out. Not the fault of the instruments and certainly not my son's fault. They just don't make controllers durable, I'm sure of that.
