***For those with a large double bed who say it's too short on the sides, try rotating it. The king-size beds aren't perfectly square, and neither is the duvet. At first I put it on incorrectly and it didn't cover the edges of my mattress. I flipped it and voila. I really take my time when choosing a duvet. I spent days going through offers and reading reviews before settling on this one. With this set, most of the negative comments were related to things I don't particularly care about in a cheap duvet (e.g. creases). I actually like the folds on this blanket, but I digress. I chose this set because I love the design. I love the floral pattern on the pleats. This shade was also perfect for my new room theme and color scheme. When I received it and laid it on the bed, I knew I made the right choice. It's really beautiful. It looks great on a tidy, made bed and in a messy boho aesthetic. But the best part, even beyond the beauty, is how incredibly soft it is. I feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud. I live in South Florida where it is very hot and I don't get too hot. I would say the only downside for me was that the set didn't come with a bed skirt and pillow, but I was able to find a few on Revain that matched perfectly. Next time I will definitely buy a different set, in pink.
