Due to shipping issues I only get 4 stars for starters. The item arrived more than a week late and nobody could track the package. This has happened to a lot of my orders lately. Definitely forever. This back seems to be made of quality material. It was very easy to install after watching the video (no instructions for the product) had to drill two holes for my bike to align the bottom bolts. The hardest part of the installation was honestly aligning the backrest with the bracket. A friend bought one from Harley and paid three times as much. Great price for a great product.
