After we fixed the wiring issues the camera worked great. The 1 star deduction was for the terrible directions. There was no troubleshooting page or website that I could find if you were having problems. I went to YouTube to make sure I connected it properly and found some good tutorials on how to connect it. I connected it exactly as it should and the camera worked. The problem occurred when I pressed pause. The screen flickered and sometimes turned off. After digging up all the brains, the mechanic told me to try moving the ground (neutral wire). After grounding the black wire to the truck body, the problem went away and everything worked great.
