I needed extra closet space to store a few small items. Shelves alone don't work because the items are small, so I needed drawers. I bought them and combined them with a number of hanging shelves. The boxes are exactly what you would expect. They fold and expand into a square. The bottom is a cloth material that appears to be quite durable. The pages are reminiscent of durable cardboard. Well wrapped in a canvas-like material, they appear to be perfectly durable. They don't bend when I fill them with items. The bottom insert, which is perhaps the most important part, is made of either plastic or hardboard. I can't tell, but it won't give when pressed. It fits snugly in the box, giving it support from the sides. The insert also has a handy pull tab so you can pull it out if you want to crack open the box again (tip, make sure the pull tab is on top when inserting it). Overall good sturdy drawer boxes for extra closet storage.
