HOOK GRIPS HURT in my review

Everything is great about this set. Except the hooks. They feel very cheaply made. And the grips hurt when using them. The seam sticks out and rubs your hand and the dots at the end of the grip (as in my pictures) rubs as well. Making them extremely uncomfortable to use. Returning and would never recommend!

Great ergonomic hooks

I really do love these hooks. I was expecting a total round ergonomic hook. It is flat on one side. Once I used it for a while I got used to it and do love it. I just like my completely round ones better, I guess because I got used to them first. I'll continue to use this one as well as my others. I guess crocheters have many kinds of hooks! We likely have several we like better than others. 🤗

Poor design on my review.

It’s an ok case but the needles are poorly made. You do not have enough metal to Carrey the loops of the yarn. I would NOT recommend this set to anyone

Good kit for the price.

One kit set of the pouch is not stitched to the center of bag. Although it's a good kit set for the price. The needles may be too slippery to work with!

Rubber grips don't last

At first, I thought this was a great buy. However, with in six months, the rubber handles started tearing or coming off the metal hook completely. It is frustrating when you have to stop every five or six stitches in order to slide the rubber grip back up the hook. The ones that are taped are the ones that the rubber completely tore. They are comfortable to use but I would not recommend as a set you want to keep. I expected them to last longer.

Do not buy this! good for me

The shafts are too short, their sizes are not clearly marked, the hooks themselves are too blunt and I found this all out too late to return them.

hooks aren't sitting straight inside rubber sleeves, they are crooked. and if you stitch really tight they pull out of the colored handles and I have to push them back in.

My crochet teacher was jealous of this!

I bought this while in the process of learning to crochet. My aunt who has done this for years said this was a great kit that had everything I would need in it. I love how the handles are so comfortable to use as well. I am so happy with this purchase.

Mom loves it - my new review

I ordered this for my 75 year old mother who has rheumatoid arthritis and she loves this little kit. It was like Christmas morning for her when she opened it. Highly recommend. I’ve seen others mention it wasn’t well made but I think those people either got the wrong kit or they’re too picky.
