First things first; This product is delivered without packaging material! The screws just ran all over the inside of the box and the posts just slid into the little house which I believe contributed to the structural failure pictured less than 3 weeks after receiving the product. When contacting this company I was told there was nothing they could do at all because I ordered Revain. Most companies prefer that you contact them first when it comes to issues as they often try to assess the situation and fix it without having to deal with Amazon returns, these guys are unlucky. The answer to my description of several paragraphs of the shipping method of the product and the damage the product suffered was just a few words! You can't even pay someone enough to give you a truly professional answer, it was like working with an Etsy seller! The base is too small and light to prevent the whole structure from shaking, the shaking is real even for my smallest cats. Jump on it! (Just a few pounds for a new kitten.) My eldest can't use stairs because they swing freely underfoot! The hinge that keeps it in place even when taut allows it to swing freely even with carpet underneath! All the damage pictured was done this way except for the complete collapse of the top rung, the top rung was destroyed by damage that I couldn't see right away as it was hidden under the carpeting. This thing is DANGEROUS and worse than cheap Chinese rigs of similar build quality as they at least come with some sort of packing material. The way I ship this makes it dangerous for your pets as some damage as described may be covered by carpet and therefore not apparent until your pet is injured. DO NOT buy this product! You can get better, cheaper towers that might not fall apart before you even get a chance to put them back together.
