Fitted hips, suitable for cool weather, but not for frost.

Bought to wear in winter. These are cool weather pants, not winter pants. I wore them over leggings in 28°F and my thighs were very cold. Pity! They probably fit 32°F+ Fit: I usually take a size 2 and have to take the waist into account. I'm 5'6" tall with a 30" inseam. They are narrower than usual at the hips and the waist is still loose. If I were to buy them again I might try a size 4 which fits my hips and I plan to make my waist much bigger. The length is ok.
