The customer service is second to none. I've never encountered such quick responses or resolution time. When there were issues with my account, they were on it immediately and resolved them within hours. There are things you can't really do on Navi that you can get away with doing on QuickBooks. It does not have some reporting features that Quickbooks has. If you want all your business operations in one place, go for navi! You won't regret it once you use it. The support team at Navigator really helps you when you're having problems. They go over, and beyond, what you think will be covered by the help file. I cannot stress this enough - THEY REALLY CARE!! Navigating my business's accounting. Navigator has been a great partner for us. They are always willing to work with us to find a solution that fits our needs. Their support team is also very helpful and responsive. We have not had any issues with Navigator. We are a small business that is looking for a way to keep our accounting and inventory in one place. We are using Navigator to keep track of our inventory and accounting.
